Following the phenomenal success of last year's race, we're super-excited to bring you The Christmas Chilly 2026 — once again featuring the Christmas Chilly 10k and the ChrisMax Mile!

If we have even half as much festive fun as we did last year, we’re in for a real Christmas cracker...! (And let’s not forget — last year was the scaled-down version due to Storm Darragh... but oh my, did the show still go on!)
Mark your calendars, dig out your outfits, and get ready for another Christmas run to remember for all the family!

Once again, join DB Max and Father Christmas for the ultimate morning of Christmas cheer and festive fun. The iconic Castle Combe race circuit will be again transformed into a winter running extravaganza for all the family.
Our super-safe, traffic-free, officially measured, chip-timed 10k running event, is suitable for all levels of ability from complete novices to elite level athletes. The super-smooth, flat, fast and wide race track provides a perfect running surface and a PB opportunity.
The Christmas Chilly 10k will feature another of our trademark flashing LED medal, along with live results, festive music while you run, amazing hoodies and t-shirts and much more. There will be prizes for the best Christmas fancy dress outfits and the fastest Santa!
Not only that, as part of the Christmas Chilly we will also be bringing you the ChrisMax Mile! This will be run in the same format as our hugely popular summer Max Mile series but with a festive twist!
We are also unbelievably excited to announce we have the return of the wonderful, Rock Choir Wiltshire, to entertain you in the most festive way possible!
All you have to do is sign up for the Christmas Chilly 10k and get a free entry into ChrisMax Mile for your child..
And that's not all... for the little ones there'll be 'Catch Santa' twist included in their run, as well as Christmas themed medal for any of them that complete the ChrisMax Mile.
There will be festive food and drinks on offer with barista coffee, mulled wine, mince pies and so much more... & yes the snow machine will return!

These will be awarded to all finishers in the Christmas Chilly 10k. There will also be fun Christmas-themed medals for any young ones finishing the ChrisMax Mile.
