This week it's James Paradise who took part in the Castle Combe 10k with us.
"I have chosen to raise funds for Time Is Precious as it is local charity supporting sick and disabled children who have to go into hospital. The charity pays for things such as a sensory unit and an MRI refurbishment which helps the children whilst they stay in hospital. It also supports the families of the children at this very difficult time in their lives. We have a great team with lots of supportive runners who train together on specific routes set out by our trainers. The Team is made up of diverse people with different running abilities and we encourage each other whilst out training. The charity really does make a difference to those children who are going through rough times and at Christmas the Team delivered presents to those that are spending their time in hospital over the festive period.
This is the fifth year that I have chosen to run for Time Is Precious and it certainly will not be the last!!'
